Lecture Series: Women in Aviation
The next series is set for Monday, January 19, 2015. The topic on that occasion will be Women in Aviation. Enjoy a brief presentation on the history of women in aviation, followed by individual speakers talking about women in Alaskan aviation, including Jamie Patterson-Simes talking about her history and flight school, Audrey Cole talking about her Alaskan flying experience and present career at Alaska Airlines, and Aimee Moore sharing exploits in both helicopters and fixed wing aircraft. Wow!
