Additionally,

There will be an open house for prospective volunteers. Love aviation? Love people? Wanting to volunteer time to help keep the doors open to the Alaska Aviation Museum, keep aircraft restored, keep the education going? The museum is growing and needing volunteers in many areas: aircraft restoration, facilities and event set-up, archives, and helping the general public as docents. If you're interested, you can attend an open house to see if it's your cup of tea, on either of two days: Saturday, May 16, at 2:00 pm — or Monday, May 18, at 4:30 pm. Welcome. Refreshments will be provided.
